I love this quote! It took me a LONG time to learn this. (I may or may not have been known to bake a cake and have the ENTIRE thing, plus the frosting…for breakfast! hey hey hey, people can change!)
All you athletes out there should definitely listen to this bit of advice. My own personal level of athleticism has increased significantly just from simply cleaning up my diet, not in changes of training. I can run farther, swim faster, bike longer, you name it. Most importantly? You will notice a significant increase in energy! Such a good feeling! Look for some great pre & post workout snacks on an up-coming post!
