Speaking of summer time, there is nothing better than cooling off on a hot day with a sweet treat. Try this simple swap for a healthier version of an old-time favorite… ice cream!
- 1 cup vanilla Greek frozen yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
- 1 ½ tablespoons chopped dry roasted peanuts
- Scoop yogurt into a dessert bowl. Top with chocolate chips and peanuts, and enjoy!
